Notes:
When Maplestory 2 was released my friends and I played it pretty much non-stop for weeks (maybe months)! It's a fun game with a super cute aesthetic and character designs.

There's quite a few Maplestory characters I plan to cosplay, but Bunny Gal Mint had to be the first! I'm a sucker for both bunny suits and this color scheme.

I had to heavily alter a Yaya Han bunny suit pattern to create the suit and took some creative liberty when it came to the trim around the legs. The only thing I wish I did differently was take some more time to style the pigtails to be puffier and curly.

**Days are not a full 24 hours. They're more like "work" days. Meaning for each day, I worked on the cosplay for anywhere from 4-10 hours per day--it's all a rough estimate.

Fun Facts!

Favorite style?

• I'm absolutely in love with this style of clothing-the classic carnival/circus look. So I was super excited to cosplay this! And it's inspired me to tackle more costumes with a carnival/circus theme to them.​

Creative Liberty~ 

• In the actual artwork/model, Bunny Gal Mint seems to have a short pink skirt that covers the bottom half of the bodysuit. I didn't really like how this looked though. Going from a purple and pink striped suit to a large area of solid pink threw the look off for me. I liked the bunny suit shape and didn't want it covered by a skirt, so I decided to mimic the skirt by adding the petal shape as a fringe around the leg openings. I added two layers of this because it looked to barren with just one. This also gave me the change to flip a layer of petals upwards to reveal the purple under layer (as seen in the attached reference image). So much happier with the changes I made!
