Debuted: December 2016
Notes:
After holding a poll on my Patreon, my patrons voted for D.va to be my next cosplay from Overwatch. Which was great. She's one of my most played characters and fun to cosplay as. Thanks to my patrons' support I was able to purchase this amazing bodysuit off Aliexpress. All that was left was to make the headset and gun. I have video tutorials/speed builds of both. The gun prop was made from insulation foam and eva foam. The headset was made from just eva foam. Both were coated in wood glue. I used a wood-filler spray paint primer before painting it. I used a heat gun to better shape the headset. What was made?
Headset. Gun. What was bought? Bodysuit. Related Links!

WIP PhotosBuild TimeShopping: About half a day + few hours of searching online
Pattern Making: 1 1/2 days Foam Work: 1 week Painting: 2-3 days **Days are not a full 24 hours. They're more like "work" days. Meaning for each day, I worked on the cosplay for anywhere from 4-10 hours per day--it's all a rough estimate.

Fun Facts!
Surprisingly comfy!
- I was pretty surprised with how comfortable this bodysuit ended up being. When I bought it, I expected it to be low quality and too warm to wear for long. But it wasn't! It was pretty comfortable material too.
