Debuted: KamiKaze Anime Festival 2015
Notes:
During a time when I was binge watching Fairy Tail, I fell in love and wanted to cosplay so many of their characters. While I still plan on doing more, Lisanna was the first one I decided to tackle! The fabrics for her outfit were affordable and the entire design was simple and easy to make. I used stretch fabric for her almost her entire outfit. The fabric I used was found under dance, swim and athletic wear section. I used a bodycon dress I already owned to pattern her dress around. Once patterned, I cut and sewed the materials together. The lining around the top of the dress is bias tape, as well as the ties around the neck. The belt is made out of a matte, satin-like material. I made the gloves and made an entire tutorial on how I went about making them. Short version: I traced my hand onto a piece of cardboard, cut and pinned the fabric around that and then sewed it all together. For the shoes, I simply painted some old sandals that I have. What was made?
Dress. Sash/belt. Gloves. Shoes-altered. What was bought? Nothing! Everything for this costume was made by me! Related Links!

Fun Facts!
Overnight cosplay!
- I made this cosplay the day before the convention. It was pretty much a last minute decision and since it was such a simple design I knew I could get it done. It did take longer than I thought though! I was pretty much up all night. But I did it!
