Debuted: Anime Expo 2014

Malzahar became of my favorite characters to play, and just in general, in League of Legends. It totally makes sense. I later found out my favorite voice actor voices him, and I always find myself favoriting the characters that Vic voices. I originally made this cosplay for a friend and they were the one who wore it to Anime Expo. Since Malzahar was on my "to cosplay" list, I decided to borrow it and take some photos of my own in it. I only used a pattern for the pants, the rest was winged but turned out okay in the end. The designs I drew on by hand using fabric puff paint and topped it with glow-in-the-dark fabric paint. I made the sword using cardboard and eva foam. I made the plushie as well. I free-handed all the patterns, figuring it out on paper first and then moved onto fabric. I actually ended up getting some commissions for these. I was pretty happy with how the plushie turned out. Voidlings are just the cutest.
