Debuted: February 2016
Notes:
Rin is such a fun character to cosplay. As soon as I started watching the anime, Fate Stay Night, she was an instant must! It was easy to put together her outfit. It was fully thrifted and altered as need be. I picked up a red turtleneck from a local thrift store and then painted on the decal she has on her chest, using fabric paint and a stencil I created. Once dried, I sewed buttons onto the sleeves/cuffs. I also made the bows. I created the shape of her bows, according to reference photos, out of fabric and then wrapped that fabric around wire in order to make the bows stand up and hold their shape. All I had to do to attach them was simply bobby pin them into place. What was made?
Shirt-altered. Hair bows. Necklace. What was bought? Skirt. Shoes. Stockings. Related Links!

Fun Facts!
Unfinished Anime?
- I had just started watching the series when I decided I wanted to cosplay Rin. I then got so distracted by cosplays I actually haven't gotten to finish the series yet! To be fair, I wasn't just working on Rin's cosplay. This cosplay was mostly thrifted so it didn't take long to get together. There's so much to do and so little time left for watching anime!
