Debuted: Anime Expo 2017

I had been wanting to cosplay Sombra since she was teased and once she was released, this was instantly my favorite skin of hers! It was definitely a challenging cosplay to make and found myself putting it off for a while just because so many elements were intimidating to create--such as the wig and all the lighting aspects. All the armor was made out of foam, as well as the gun prop. The tubing was some Christmas decorations I had picked up the previous year for future cosplays. Because I wanted more flexibility in the costume I didn't prime/paint the foam pieces--to avoid cracking and chipping in the paint. Instead I used the right colored foam from the start and added some highlights/scuffs for details. What was made?
Bodysuit. Head & face pieces. Leg & arm pieces. Back, shoulder & neck pieces. Gloves. Belt. Gun. What was bought? Nothing! Everything for this costume was made by me. Related Links!
