Debuted: Ani-Me Comic Con 2019
Notes:
I love night elves. They're one of my favorite races to play in World of Warcraft (next to Draenei). And even though Heroes of the Storm may be a dead game, it's still such a fun game I love to play. Tyrande was one of the first characters I played in that game (a game I played before I had played WoW). Her design is so beautiful I had to cosplay it! And so I did. This cosplay took quite some time and had a lot of ups and downs. While I was happy with the craftsmanship, I found myself not as happy with how long it took to complete and how expensive it ended up being. All those EVA foam bevels really added up price wise. It also took almost an entire year after completion for me to finally do a proper shoot of this cosplay. Needless to say, there were quite a few aspects of this cosplay that were very frustrating. But I'm so glad I finally got there. I finally took some proper photos and finished all the small details! I'm also glad I had trouble finding my body paint the morning of the shoot. The decision to just edit my skin color in post made it SO much easier and the shoot a lot more enjoyable. What was made?
All armor. Bow. Bodysuit. Skirts. Elf ears. Eyebrows. What was bought? Moon head piece. Related Links!
